Praising children for their hard work and perseverance, rather than just their grades or performance, can help them develop a growth mindset and feel more confident in their abilities.
Teach positive self-talk:The way we talk to ourselves has a powerful impact on our self-worth. Teach your child to use positive self-talk, such as saying "I can do this" or "I am capable," instead of negative self-talk, such as "I'm not good enough" or "I can't do this."
